We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow with us as we prepare for market launch.​


Your Role

This is not a typical sales position. You'll acquire clients while helping design our client acquisition strategy for Microsoft consulting services in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).​


Responsibilities

Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft-focused consulting (permanent and contract roles).

Position our consultant expertise to HR, IT, and procurement decision-makers.

Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and personal networks to initiate conversations.

Act as strategic advisor, optimizing outreach funnels, scripts, and client onboarding processes.

Collaborate with founder and consultants for seamless handoffs and client retention.​


Requirements

Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales, preferably in consulting or HR tech.

Fluency in German and English.

Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Manatal) and outreach automation.

Strategic thinking to co-develop processes, not just execute them.

Self-driven with outcome-oriented mindset.
