Role Overview

We need an experienced remote International Tax Lawyer to deliver strategic advice on optimizing tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with Latvian and international tax laws. Expertise in cross-border taxation, double taxation agreements, and global business operations is essential.​

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on tax implications of international transactions and optimal tax structures.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Latvian regulations and international treaties, including double taxation agreements.
• Prepare legal documents and contracts for tax planning and corporate restructuring.
• Represent M365Consult with Latvian and international tax authorities.​

Qualifications

• Law degree specializing in tax law, with a focus on international taxation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tax law, particularly cross-border issues.
• Deep knowledge of Latvian and international tax laws and double taxation treaties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Latvian.​
