Role Overview

As we explore establishing operations in Bulgaria, we need an experienced remote International Tax Lawyer to advise on corporate structuring, tax planning, and compliance with Bulgarian and international tax regulations. This critical role ensures optimal tax efficiency while maintaining full legal compliance.​

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on tax-efficient corporate structures for Bulgarian operations.

Ensure compliance with Bulgarian tax laws and relevant international double taxation treaties.

Draft and review legal documents for tax planning, corporate governance, and restructuring.

Represent M365Consult in negotiations with Bulgarian tax authorities.

Monitor changes in Bulgarian and international tax legislation to maintain compliance.​

Qualifications

Law degree specializing in international tax law.

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax law, preferably with international focus.

Comprehensive knowledge of Bulgarian tax regulations and international tax treaties.

Strong analytical and research capabilities.

Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
